CLICK-into Inc. (CLICK) was incorporated as a holding company in 1985. It was transformed into a computer and telecommunications systems integration business in 1998. Since then along with its’ sister company Nisha Technology Inc. (NISHA), has experienced rapid growth in revenue and market presence. The business of NISHA, an Aboriginal company, is amalgamated with the business of CLICK and further references to CLICK in this document will be meant to include NISHA. CLICK has been profitable every year from its inception, with revenues growing from less than $200,000 in 1998 to in excess of $50 million in the fiscal year 2009.

The CLICK management team is highly motivated, experienced and well qualified in the distribution of IT products and services in the public and private sectors.
