Al Muzar currently holds the position of President of CLICK-into Inc. CLICK-into Inc. is a privately held high tech company engaged in computers as well as telecommunications software design with an international presence across several continents. In its short 10 years of existence, the company has had profitable growth in revenue from start-up to nearly $100 Million/annum today.

Mr. Muzar has held a number of senior management positions in both public and private enterprises, including manufacturing, sales and marketing.

Prior to joining CLICK-into Inc. he was a co-founder, chairman and CEO of a publicly traded company in which he built the business from inception to the company’s revenue of $ 250 Million per year. In 1993, he engineered the successful Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

Prior to that, he was involved in the field of robotics and electronics design, senior sales and marketing positions with several technology companies.

Al holds an Electrical Engineering degree from University Zagreb and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario.

Mr. Milan Muzar is the Chief Financial Officer of CLICK-into Inc. and NISHA Technologies Inc. His leadership, coupled with his financial and operational background in a fast and ever changing business, has been an invaluable asset in building and running a profitable company with revenues nearing $100 Million / annum.

In early 1993, Milan assumed the role of Vice President Operations of a publicly traded company on the Toronto Stock Exchange, where he was responsible for the operational performance of this multinational company. The company had revenues of over $250 Million / annum and a staff of over 600 people.

Milan has spent most of his professional carrier in both the private and public business arena. He has over 20 years of business experience in dealing with various levels of governments, both Canadian as well as international. His extensive experience in dealing with governments has proven beneficial in understanding and implementing best practices that address the customers' needs. Milan holds a B.Sc. from the University of Ottawa

Ricardo Roque has been professionally involved in the software industry for over 10 years. His love and passion for new technology has kept him at the forefront of innovation. His many disciplines, ranging from robotics, graphics and telecommunications, have landed him positions with reputable firms such as Royal Bank, Berkshire Investment Inc., and Hummingbird Communications. He is currently employed with CLICK-into Inc. where he has spent the last 4 years architecting and implementing their flagship product SecurIX. He is a key member of CLICK-into Inc.'s Research and Development team.

Ricardo graduated from Ryerson University with a B.Sc. in Computer Science. His interest in robotics led him to create a "Teleoperated Robot" as his undergraduate thesis. Ricardo's research work was published in IEEE.

Ricardo also participated in a joint venture between Ryerson University and the Fraunhoffer University from Germany to produce a distributed platform for media services, "CoMedia", that was published and presented at SIGGRAPH 2000.

Angela O'Leary has over 10 years experience in providing IT Solutions to the Federal Government. Angela holds the position of President of NISHA Technologies Inc. After joining NISHA, she quickly established herself as a valuable team member by building the Professional Services division and growing it into an additional profitable revenue stream. She has forged important partnerships with industry leaders that have enabled NISHA to offer a complete service offering to their customers.
